To pay through PayPal, select the appropriate payment amount and click "Add to Cart."  If you are also paying for your spouse, select to continue shopping, and then select the spouse payment option and "Add to Cart."  If you are paying for multiple attendees, you may select the quantity once you get to the PayPal site.
