Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by April 13 for refund or credit and are subject to credit card fees. No refunds or credits will be provided after April 13. This policy applies to all circumstances including illness. Registrations are transferable.

AAGIWA has a room block reserved at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton in Scottsdale, Arizona. AAGIWA’s discounted rate is $279 per night. There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, and rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. AAGIWA is responsible for fulfilling the committed room block, and appreciates and encourages meeting attendees to stay at the Scottsdale Resort & Spa. The discounted room block will expire when full, or on April 3, 2026.
