Eric Wilkey
President, Arizona Grain
Eric Wilkey is President of Arizona Grain, Inc. in Casa Grande, Arizona, where he leads a diversified agribusiness focused on grain merchandising, feed ingredients, and seed. He joined the company in 1991 and previously served as Vice President and Director of Merchandising and Risk Management, following early career experience with Continental Grain Company. With more than four decades in the commodity sector, Wilkey brings deep expertise in trading and enterprise risk management across domestic and international markets. He has served as Chairman of the National Grain and Feed Association and the Transportation, Elevator and Grain Merchants Association and holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois.
Ryan Rogers
Vice President, Human Resources, JDH
Ryan Rogers serves as Vice President of Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Strategic Planning at JDH. With 16 years of HR experience—including a decade in commodity trading and agriculture—he brings deep industry insight to his role. Since joining JDH, Ryan has led a transformation of the HR function, implemented a new HRIS system, spearheaded a comprehensive brand refresh, and built strong talent acquisition and HR business partner programs. His passion for agriculture began in childhood, accompanying his father on feed deliveries and farm visits. Ryan also serves on the Hastings College alumni advisory committee, reflecting his commitment to community and organizational culture.
Jess McCluer
Senior Vice President, Safety and Regulatory, National Grain and Feed Association
Jess McCluer is Senior Vice President of Safety and Regulatory at the National Grain and Feed Association, where he directs operations programs for grain elevators, feed mills, and processing facilities. His work spans employee safety, environmental issues, grain inspection, facility design, and trade policy. He also chairs the Food and Agriculture Sector Coordinating Council, representing collaboration with DHS, FDA, and USDA, and serves on USDA’s Agricultural Trade Advisory Committee. In 2021, he was named a “Leader in the Field” by the Journal of Agromedicine. McCluer holds degrees from Texas A&M University and The George Washington University.
Jennifer Porter
Acting Deputy Administrator, Federal Grain Inspection Service, USDA
Jennifer Porter is a senior leader within the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service, with more than two decades of experience in market regulation and commodity oversight. She currently serves as Deputy Administrator for the Livestock and Poultry Program and, in 2025, was selected to lead the Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) as part of USDA’s rotational leadership program. Since joining USDA in 2003, Porter has built a strong track record in program management and cross-agency collaboration, supporting the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of U.S. agricultural markets and inspection systems nationwide.
